Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-4 business days, and are usually delivered in an additional 1- 5 business days.  Immediately after you place your order, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order.  Once your package is shipped, you will receive an additional email giving you the tracking number of your package (FedEx deliveries only).  We are closed on the weekends. Please allow for both processing time and shipping time of your order.   All of our orders are shipped in neutral packaging.   We respect and protect your privacy.  We reserve the right to decline any order.

We are an environmentally-friendly company.   We reuse first, then recycle whenever possible.  We reuse all packing materials...even the ones that aren't so great for the environment.  Better to keep reusing them then to throw them away.  Reduce.  Reuse.  Recycle.   Any paper containing personal or financial information is cross-shredded, and then becomes mulch for our herb gardens.

FedEx 2nd day delivery is an additional $19.85 to $32.50.

If you are in GREAT hurry and want your items even faster, or have a deadline to meet, simply call or email us and we will do our best to make it happen for you.  Overnight and 2nd day delivery charges apply only to the continental US.  Additional charges may be applied, depending on the situation.  Email us or call us (800 830-0693) for details.  Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm, eastern time.

Due to processing costs, our minimum order for our International Customers is $25, exclusive of shipping costs.
There will be an additional charge for shipping (in addition to the standard shipping charge) added to your order in our officeThis charge will not appear on your shopping cart or order confirmation.  We will email you the cost once we weight your package and determine what those additional costs are.

International orders are usually shipped by Global Priority Mail, with a 4-6 day delivery time.  The charges in additional to our standard shipping charges will be emailed to you.   We reserve the right to charge additional fees for odd sized or heavy items.  We reserve the right to decline any international order.  Based on past experiences, we DO NOT ship to Indonesia, Brazil, or Nigeria.

Payment accepted in U.S. funds only.  If paying by credit card, the conversion of funds is automatic.

Please keep in mind that there is no way for us to insure, nor guarantee delivery once a package leaves the United States.  We also have no control over whether customs will delay your shipment, and if so for how long.   You may be charged an import duty or tariff on your purchase.  You are completely responsible for any customs duties or tariffs.  This varies from country to country.  Check with your local customs office for details.

Once you have gone to the "check out", the form will give you a choice of payment options.

If you wish to pay by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, simply fill in the appropriate information.  This SECURED page will be ENCRYPTED and safely transmitted to our office.  We must have the same name ,address, and phone number that you use for your credit card.  We will gladly keep your records and ship your order under your Craft name, or other nickname you use, but the credit card can only be verified with your normal billing name, address, and phone number.  We do verify credit cards, and if you try to use a bogus or stolen card, we have and WILL prosecute.

If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, click HERE for more details.  You MUST place your order through our website first.  You must choose "check" as method of payment andwhen it asks for your check number, enter "9999".  Please be sure to include the order number on your PayPal payment.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, by all means, use the shopping cart and click on payment by check.  You must enter your check number to proceed.  If you are paying by money order, enter "8888" as the check number.  Copy down your order number and amount due.  Please send your payment within 24 hours of placing your order.  We reserve the right to hold all orders until checks are cleared by your bank.

This is increasingly becoming a problem, and as a result we are considering no longer accepting payment by check or money order.  If this is your usual method of payment, please do not become part of the problem.  We reserve the right to hold your order until your payment clears your bank.  This can be up to 14 days.

There is a $25.00 additional fee if your check is returned for non-payment.  We DO hunt people down who write us bad checks.  Likewise, thinking about using someone else's credit card?  Don't!  We verify the billing address of EACH credit card purchase and we DO and HAVE prosecuted credit card thieves.  Let's not go there, okay?

To order any of our merchandise, simply click the "add one to basket"  button below the item's name.  This will add the item to your "cart".  You can then continue to shop, adding or deleting items as you go along.  The shopping cart will keep a running total of the amount of your chosen purchases.  The item's name is usually also a hyperlink to more detail about the product.

In order for this portion of the program to work, a "cookie" is dropped and picked up by your computer.  It is an innocuous cookie.  We don't use it to get your email address, to track you down, to send you spam, or anything like that.  It simply keeps track of you only while you are on the site so you can add and remove items from your cart.

When you have finished selecting your purchases, click on the "basket contents" button.  This will give you a listing of what you have chosen and the opportunity to make changes.  When you are satisfied with your selection, you click on the "check out" button.  This will take you to the form where you fill in your shipping address and such.

Occasionally when you go to the shopping cart, you will get a pop up window that announces that there are "unsecured" items on the page you are about to go to.  The unsecured item is simply our Bee logo.  If you have any qualms at all, simply click on the choice to show only secured items.  The shopping cart will work just fine without the cute little bee.

We will accept returns on defective/damaged items or items that are not as we have described them.  You MUST contact us within 10 days BEFORE you send a package back to us.  If we have goofed, we will refund the shipping cost to you.  If you want to return something for any other reason, contact us and we'll work something out with you.  A 15% restocking fee will sometimes apply.  Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless the return is a result of our error.  We will not accept returns after 30 days.
