CATALOGUES
We'd love to send you a paper catalogue, but unfortunately, we don't have one.  One of the things we strive to do at The Blessed Bee is to offer great prices on quality items.  The cost of producing a good quality color catalogue is ENORMOUS!  It is also not conducive to easy and quick changes like our website is.  We made a decision to NOT pass those additional costs on to you through our prices.  Perhaps some time in the future we will publish a catalogue, but for the time being, it's just not worth raising our prices for.

OUR OFFICE
We do not maintain a store front and although we'd love to meet all of you, our office is simply not set up for visitors or shoppers.

WHOLESALE
We get numerous requests for our wholesale prices and lists of our suppliers.  We are STRICTLY A RETAIL OPERATION.  As far as our suppliers.....We have spent fifteen years looking for suppliers with good quality items at good prices.  In order to do this, we have spent an enormous amount of time and money in seeking these suppliers out.  Please don't email (or worse yet, call on our tollfree number, so on top of it we have to pay for your phone call) telling us that you want to open a store and asking for a list of our suppliers.  You are asking us to give you fifteen long years of research, work, time, and money...just because you asked.  If you contact us for our help in getting you set up on the internet with a Pagan store, our fees for this professional service begin at $50,000.  This will cover all your start up expenses, basic inventory and replacing the personnel from our office while they work on YOUR store.  If you are not prepared to pay for our expertise and years of experience, then you must do the work yourself.  We did.

And for those of you who STILL don't think any of this applies to you, let me rephrase it...NO! We won't give you our suppliers names.  NO!  We don't sell wholesale.  NO! NO! NO!  End of rant.
 
RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns on defective/damaged items or items that are not as we have described them.  You MUST contact us within 10 days BEFORE you send a package back to us.  If we have goofed, we will refund the shipping cost to you.  If you want to return something for any other reason, contact us and we'll work something out with you.  A 15% restocking fee will sometimes apply.  Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless the return is a result of our error.  We will not accept returns after 30 days.

INFO ABOUT WICCA/PAGANISM
Many people email us wanting information about Wicca/Paganism, help in finding groups and teachers, or any number of other topics.  Due to the sheer volume of requests we get, we simply cannot answer them.  The vast majority of the answers you are seeking can be found right at your keyboard.  To try and help you, our LINKS page is filled with links to a wide variety information on Wicca, aganism, magick, etc. Do spend some time surfing through these.  In our LEARN section are a variety of articles and bits of information too.  In that section is also a Basic Reading List to help point you in some good directions.  A great place to find like-minded folks is at The Witch's Voice, in the Witches of the World section.  You can get there from our LINKS page.  Still can't find an answer?  Well, we now have an advice, questions & answers column called Ask Merlin.  Send in your questions for our sage and Elder, Merlin to answer.  Questions and answers are posted there somewhat regularly.

Please, remember that although we ARE "real" Witches, we are working at our REAL jobs at The Bee.  As much as we might like to, we simply cannot take the time out to answer your questions about Wicca on the phone.  Your employer would not want you spending of time on personal calls when you were supposed to be working.  Please don't ask us to do it either.
