Ritual
101
This can be used anytime a simple ritual is needed. It can be used for Solitaries or for groups. You may fill in the deity names of your choice. You start by casting a circle start facing east circle south then west then north then back east as you circle say "I call upon the Goddess three to cast this circle so mote it be" repeating it as you circle. Circle three times ending up facing east. Next you call the Guardians of the East saying. "Spirits of the East come and be welcome." Call the Guardians of the South saying. "Spirits of the South come and be welcome." Call the Guardians of the West saying. "Spirits of the West come and be welcome." Call the Guardians of the North saying. "Spirits of the North come and be welcome." Call the Goddess and God saying. "I call upon the Goddess and the God come and be welcome." Light your anointed candles and incense if you have them at this point. Commune with themselves (the Lord and Lady) and make an offering of some kind. a bit of food, a bit of energy, a special stone, flowers or what ever feels right. To finish the ritual you would do the following. Some call it dismissing them but I prefer to call it just thanking them. It's a personal preference. To the Goddess and God say. "Goddess and the God Thank you Stay if you will Go if you must." To the Guardians of the North say. "Spirits of the North Thank you Stay if you will Go if you must." To the Guardians of the West saying. "Spirits of the West Thank you Stay if you will Go if you must." To the Guardians of the South saying. "Spirits of the South Thank you Stay if you will Go if you must." To the Guardians of the East saying. "Spirits of the East Thank you Stay if you will Go if you must." Open up the circle pulling your energy back in. As you do this say. "In the name of the Goddess three I open this circle so mote it be."
