Keep your incense and workings free from chemicals! These natural Belgian charcoal tablets for burning herbs and loose incense are free from saltpeter (potassium nitrate). They take a little more effort to light, but are free from the smell or chemical influence of potassium nitrate. These charcoals are 40mm in diameter and are excellent for use in large rituals or where one wants to burn a fair amount of incense or herbs. TO USE: Place sand in bottom of a heat resistant bowl. Light edge of charcoal disk until it begins to glow and get hot. It helps to use a tool like our charcoal tongs. Place in bowl. When top of the disk begins to glow, add incense or herbs on top. Keep unused tablets sealed from moisture. Ten charcoals per roll.
