We can't say enough wonderful things about Emerald Rose!! Their music is a delightful fusion of traditional and modern, and everything in between...with a distinctly Pagan flair! Emerald Rose grew from the friendship of four men and their families in the North Georgia mountains. After working together building and tending the land, they would relax with the music and drink of their ancestors...and soon found new music appearing! Inspired by Celtic folklore and mythology, their music incorporates a wide variety of styles, including traditional jigs and reels, fresh renditions of Irish and Scottish standards, songs of spiritual mysteries, Pagan music and lighthearted humor. Instrumentation includes vocals, guitar, pennywhistle, bohdran and world percussion. Their music has been personally touching our hearts and souls for a number of years now, and we hope it speaks to you as it has to us!
