If you have special instuctions for your order, like special shipping instructions or a shipping deadline, please be sure to let us know by either emailing us or phoning our office. We normally ship by FedEx Ground Service and you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order once it is shipped. Please see our SHIPPING section for more details, including return policies, international shipping, and how to pay for your order.

If there is a problem when your order arrives, let us know right away so that we can correct it. We want you to be happy with your order.
